Pass It On is committed to Jesus’ commission to feed His lambs. Hungry people are being given emergency food to meet their needs but they are also being given a fishing rod instead of a fish. This means that Pass It On works with the clients to bring about the right resolution to the problem which caused the food emergency by networking with other agencies. The purpose is to help clients keep their self respect, return to the community as contributing citizens able to become independent.

Pass it On accepts referrals from local, state and national welfare agencies including, FEMA, American Red Cross, programs for the elderly, hospitals, and churches covering all socioeconomic categories. It should be noted that more than half of those helped are children. Pass it On Ministries is a Federal and State designated charity and as such is eligible to apply to the State of Florida for government subsidy food and FEMA funding to purchase food.
